Dabtips offers a simple, free shipping solution for our subscription based boxes to customers in the contiguous 48 states. Additional shipping charges apply for customers in Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Hippie Butler is not responsible for any additional fees that customs may charge including taxes or duties, nor are we responsible for any items that may be confiscated by customs. We ship orders Monday-Friday and usually ship orders within 48 hours within those days. Orders do not get shipped out on the weekends. Example: if you place your order on a Friday afternoon, it will go out the following Monday or Tuesday. During busier shipping times, please allow for one extra day of processing time.

Shipping and handling charges depend on the destination and the weight of your order. Please note that we process orders very quickly, this means that once an order is placed we are unable to modify your shipping method. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage. Once orders are shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information and then you can contact the carrier for more information on retrieving your package at the correct address or arranging for the package to be held for pickup. Changes through the carrier can incur additional fees.Dab tips is NOT responsible for shipping issues resulting from user errors during checkout or for packages that are lost / stolen during transit. Should your order be returned to us due to an invalid shipping address resulting from an input error when placing the order, you will have the option to have the order resent to you for an additional shipping and handling fee. If you do not want your package resent, we will refund your order minus any shipping and handling fees. If your order is lost / stolen, you will be required to contact the carrier to file a claim before reaching out to Hippie Butler for a replacement.
